Purpose: Use steam to clean experimental samples

Plan: The equipment is used to clean samples in thin film growth laboratories. Steam is not used much in the experiment, and the temperature is required to be more than 100 degrees. The steam can be used both dry and wet, and is equipped with a superheated heating tube. The school currently has several Nobels equipment, all of which are used for experiments. The teacher in charge of the experimental research recognized Nobis' equipment and services very much and said that he would like to cooperate more if there are opportunities in the future.

1) The air volume is not very sufficient, larger would be better

2) Overheating heating tube leakage

solution:

1) It is recommended that customers use higher power equipment for later experiments.

1) It is recommended that the customer replace the overheated heating tube and inform the customer to stop using the equipment before replacing the heating tube.

2) It is recommended that customers discharge sewage under pressure after use. The sewage pressure should be around 0.1-0.2Mpa.

3) Remind customers to calibrate the safety valve pressure gauge every year
